JM Day was celebrated on 12th November 2017, at Kendal with great pomp and splendor. It was not possible to celebrate this Day on 13th November due to the working day and most of the people come for Mass only on Sundays.
On this auspicious day, the Eucharistic celebration was at 9.00am in Kendal Parish. All the parishioners were invited for this celebration. The Church and the Convent were decorated with the pictures of our Mother foundress, flower arrangements, rangoli and diyas (lamps).
At the beginning of the Eucharist the Priests – Rev. Fr. Suresh Sathe from Ghodegaon Parish, Rev. Fr. Dilip Jadhav – Kendal Parish Priest and Rev. Fr. Rajendra Londhe. The Principal of the Parish School came in procession along with a few boarders. Mrs. Subhadrbai Gaikwad, our helper performed Aarti for the priests and welcomed them.
Fr. Sathe in his homily expressed about the goodness of God St. Claudine experienced in her life. He also mentioned that in today’s world people are in search of worldly knowledge and try to get advanced knowledge. The worldly knowledge will not give satisfaction and it will not last forever but the Spiritual knowledge will give us a real happiness and joy.
Sisters thanked the Priests and parishioners for participating in our joyful event and asked them to pray for our mission.
After the Eucharistic celebration the three Priests were congratitated. Then the people proceeded for the refreshments in the Convent.
Nearly a hundred & fifty people were present for the celebration. They were very happy and grateful for the services rendered by us through our apostolate.
